水热法制备纳米SnO_2实验的微型化 被引量:1

The Microscale Experiment of Nanosized SnO_2 Prepared by Hydrothermal Synthesis Method

摘要 以SnCl_4·5H_2O为原料,采用水热法制备了SnO_2纳米粉体,并对其进行了XRD和TEM表征,产物为四方晶系SnO_2,平均粒径3~5nm.研究了反应物用量、浓度和反应体系pH值对产物SnO_2的影响,实验结果表明了改用小型反应釜后,得到的SnO_2纳米粉体的产率相近,晶型、形貌和粒度均未发生明显变化,该微型化实验达到了预期的效果. Nanosized SnO_2 were prepared by hydrothermal method using SnCl_4·5H_2O as the raw material,which were characterized by XRD and TEM.The results indicated that all products were tetragonal SnO_2 with the average particle size in the range of 3~5 nm.The effects of the amount,concentration of reactant and the pH value of reactive system on the product of SnO_2 were studied.The yield,crystal form,morphology and particle size of SnO_2 had changed a little after using the small reacting kettle,and this microscale experiment has achieved expected effects.
