摘要
对葵花粕与葵花籽样品进行消解后,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中铜、锌、铁、锰、银、铅和镉等元素含量,用原子荧光光度法测定其中砷、汞的含量.用离子色谱法测定钙、钾、钠的含量.结果表明,铜、锌、铁、锰等元素在样品中普遍存在.钠、钾元素在样品中含量很高.样品中同时检出一定量的微量金属元素.为葵花样品微量元素的分布提供了科学的依据.
After digestion of Sunflower SeedMeals and Sunflower seeds,the content of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ag,Pb and Cd is detected by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectroscopy,while the content of As and Hg is detected by Atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer.The content of Ca,K,Na is detected by Ion chromatography.The result show that the content of Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn generally exists in the sample.The content of K,Na is high in the sample.Samples also detected a certain amount of trace metal elements. For the distribution of pigment sample trace element provides a scientific basis.
