10种蓖麻过氧化物酶同工酶分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析10种蓖麻的过氧化物酶同工酶,明确其谱带的分布及特征.结果表明:10种材料共出现29条谱带,9种矮化材料均为3条谱带,高秆材料为2条谱带.相对迁移率最小的谱带为矮化蓖麻的特征谱带. The peroxidase isoenzymes of 10 varieties of castor bean were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique.The characteristics and distribution s of zymograms showed the variations of isoenzymes.The results showed that there are a total of twenty-nine bands of peroxidase isozyme,in which, nine dwarf varieties had 3 bands and tall castor cultivar had 2 bands.dwarf varieties hold a common spectra-strip with the Smallest relative mobility.
