蒙药乳腺-Ⅰ号丸治疗乳腺增生病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Mongolian Medicine Breast-1 Pill in the Treatment of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

目的:探讨蒙药乳腺-Ⅰ号丸治疗女性乳腺增生病的疗效.方法:治疗组用蒙药乳腺-Ⅰ号丸每次3g,每日2次,饭后30分钟口服;对照组用中药夏枯草胶囊,每次0.7g,每日2次,饭后30分钟口服.总疗程为6周,3周为一个疗程.结果:试验组痊愈率64.69%,对照组痊愈率16.36%;实验组总有效率99.44%,对照组总有效率87.76%.结论:蒙药乳腺-Ⅰ号丸对乳腺增生病的疗效明确,值得临床推广使用.

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Breast-1 pill in the treatment of female mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods：The experimental group were treated with Mongolian medicine Breast-1 pill 3g,taken orally 30 minutes after meal,2 times every day,the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Prunella capsule 0.7g,taken orally 30 minutes after meal,2 times every day.The total treatment course was 6 weeks and a treatment course was 3 weeks.Results：The cure rate in experimental group was 64.69%,in control group was 16.36%.The total effective rate in experimental group was 99.44%,in control group was 87.76%. Conclusion：Mongolian medicine Breast-1 pill has a definite effect in treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia,so it is worth widely applying in clinic.
