摘要
为解决传统鱼松加工去骨工序复杂的问题,设计了一台基于气吹圆筒筛式的鱼骨分离机。根据鱼肉与鱼骨刺的密度和形状差异,利用风力、重力和筛网把鱼松里面的鱼骨刺分离出来。通过正交试验优化结构参数,获得最佳工作参数,即分离筛网目数为5,进风口偏角为20°,气吹风速为35m/s,圆筒筛的倾斜角度为15°,鱼骨分离效率达到94.5%以上。
Traditional method on process of fish bone separating is complicated but new style process complicated machine is of high cost and low productivity. A new fish bone separating machine was made out to settle this problem. It works in the principle that using the blowing power to carry the material and travel through the net to separate the fish bone from the fish floss based on the difference of density and shape between them. Then design of orthogonal experiment optimized the structural parameters of this machine and obtained the best structural and working parameters.
