车用加热器助燃风扇性能的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对车用加热器助燃风扇进行了台架试验研究。通过自制的试验装置,对国产加热器和德国产加热器助燃风扇做了风扇前盘与风扇罩不同间隙时的定电压流量特性、定转速流量特性以及转速特性等相对比较试验。试验结果表明,国产加热器助燃风扇较德国同类加热器助燃风扇尚有差距。 Assessment experimental researches are carried out on the combustion-improving fan of vehicle heater. The performance contrast tests about different assembling clearance between the rotor blade and fan cover of domestic and German heater fans are carried out on the self-made experiment device, including the researches of the discharge characteristic of constant voltage and constant speed, and the speed characteristic. Results show that the performance of domestic combustion-improving fan is worse compared with German heater fans.
