摘要
以板壳单元的研究为出发点,采用离散变量一维搜索和相对差商两种算法,对车架进行应力和位移优化;通过运用ANSYS程序语言APDL和ANSYS图形界面语言UIDL编写程序和菜单,开发出相应的车架轻量化设计系统。
Based on the research of the plate and shell elements, the result of frame finite element analysis is combined with numerical algorithm to optimize the design. The ANSYS program language APDL and ANSYS graphics interface language UIDL are adopted to program procedure, compile menu, and develop a corresponding optimization design system.
