摘要
通过对单级单吸清水离心泵的性能指标进行行业调查,在收集大量数据的基础上,将效率、汽蚀余量性能指标的实测值与国家标准规定值及样本数值进行比较,对立式结构、卧式结构分别进行统计、整理,详细介绍了国内单级单吸清水离心泵的技术水平现状,指出了样本数据普遍与实测数据不一致、低比转速的性能指标技术水平相对好一些及立式结构的效率性能指标偏低,并对整理结果进行详细技术分析。
By statistics investigation to the performance index of single-stage and single-suction rinsing centrifugal pumps, based on mass collected data, the measured data of performance indexes of efficiency and net positive suction (NPSH) were compared with national standard value and sample value. Vertical structure and horizontal structure were respectively collected,worked out and analyzed. The technology development status of single-stage and single-suction rinsing centrifugal pump in China was introduced. Also it is pointed out that sample or measuring value are inconsistent, performance indexes under low rotating speed are better, and efficiency performance indexes are lower for vertical pump, and these statistics are analyzed in details.
