高职院校专业社团对学生职业素质的培养作用

A Survey of the Influences of Professional Societies in Higher Vocational College on Students' Professional Attainment

本文探讨高职院校专业社团在培养学生职业素质方面的影响,运用调查研究的方法,抽取四百多学生样本,包括参与社团和无参与社团的学生,通过数据分析,结果发现:社团成员的领导能力、奉献、道德、创新等四种职业素质显著高于非社团活动成员,"知识"因素上也高于非社团成员;社团成员中男生的"领导能力"显著高于女生;在社团中担任干部的学生在"领导能力"和"知识"这两种职业素质上显著高于干事。同学参加社团活动的频率和其所具备的职业素质具有显著正相关的关系。

A sampling survey is conducted among more than 400 students in higher vocational college,who have ever or never taken part in professional societies to gain an understanding of the influence of professional societies on students＇ professional attainment.The results show that the qualities of leadership,devotion,career moral,knowledge and innovation of students who have ever taken part in professional societies are much higher than students who have never or never taken part in professional societies.In Professional societies,boys＇ quality of leadership is much higher than girls.The leaders in Professional societies attain higher level of leadership than other participators.Moreover,when the frequency of their participating in Professional societies is high,the qualities of professional attainment they＇ll attain is more.
