摘要
本文探析了我国高校辅导员职业能力建设情况,提出了构建基于"CCR模型"的辅导员职业能力建设机制,分析了在高校辅导员队伍中构建"CCR模型"存在的问题和困难,并探讨了相关的措施和对策,切实为高校辅导员职业能力建设提供科学依据和指导。
This article analyzed the occupational ability of the counselors in university,and produced the "CCR" structure mechanism in the counselors' occupational ability.This article analyzed the existing problems and difficulties in the "CCR" structure mechanism development of the counselors,and research into the countermeasures,provided scientific evidences and instructions for the counselors' occupational ability building.
