PICC小组的设立及应用效果

The effect of the establishment of a PICC professional team.

目的:探讨PICC小组在临床中的应用效果。方法:成立PICC小组,确定小组职责,规范工作流程、各项规章制度、质控标准及培训教学,实行PICC技术专业化管理。结果:成立PICC小组前后PICC一次置管成功率、置管并发症、PICC留置时间、患者自我护理能力、患者对护理工作满意度比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:PICC小组管理模式使PICC置管护理服务程序化、规范化、专业化,与国际输液理念接轨,有效提高了患者自我护理能力和置管安全性,促进了护理专业技术水平提高和学科发展。

Objective：To approach the effect of the application of a PICC profession team in the clinical work.Methods：Establish a PICC profession team,ascertain the responsibility of the team,standard the work process,rules and regulations,the standard of the quality control,the training and teaching,perform the professional management.Results：There were significant differences between the success rate of one-time placing the catheter,the complication,the time of detain a peripherally inserted central catheter,the self-nursing ability,the gratification content of the patients（P0.01）.Conclusions：The mode of PICC profession team made the nursing service of placing the PICC profession and standard,and geared to the international transfusion standards,effectively improved the self-nursing ability and safety of placing the PICC,enhanced the improvement of the nursing professional technology level and the development of the subject.
