目的:探讨开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动的做法与效果。方法:成立以科主任、护士长为组长的科室优质服务领导小组;认真学习,深化护理服务理念;优化流程,简化书写;加强人力资源管理,护士分层级使用;夯实基础护理,提供满意服务;强化健康指导,加强病人安全管理;合理使用护工,多部门协作等。结果:创建"优质护理服务示范病房"提高了病人的满意度和临床护理质量。结论:"开展优质护理服务示范工程"活动可以提高医院临床护理工作质量和病人满意度。

Objective： To investigate the methods and effects of development the high demonstration project of high quality of nurse service.Methods：The eay includ to establish the leader groups consisted of the director and head nurse,strengthen the idea of nurse and service;to optimize the working procedure and simplify the standard writing,rationalize the management of the human resource and ranking utilization of clinical nurses,intense the basic nurse and supply the satisfied service and to strengthen the health guide and management of patients＇ security;to rationalize the utilization of care workers etc.Result：The establishment of the ward with high quality nurse service improves the satisfaction of patients and quality of clinical nurse.Conclusion：It will improve the quality of clinical nurse working as well as the satisfaction of patient to carry out the high demonstration project of high quality of nurse service.
