老年高血压患者服用阿托伐他汀的疗效观察及护理干预

Effect observation and nursing intervention on the Atorvastatin used in elderly hypertensive patients.

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对老年高血压患者血脂和血管弹性的影响及护理干预效果。方法:老年原发性高血压患者79例,患者每晚口服20 mg阿托伐他汀,同时对患者饮食、运动、心理、生活方式、药物应用等方面进行护理干预,为期6个月。于治疗前后分别测定每位患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脉压(PP)和臂-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)。结果:通过护理干预,患者能坚持服用阿托伐他汀治疗,并能定期门诊复查。6个月后,患者的LDL-C、PP和baPWV与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预提高了老年高血压患者服用阿托伐他汀治疗的依从性。阿托伐他汀治疗不仅能降低老年高血压患者的血脂水平,还能有效改善患者的血管弹性。

Objective：To explore the effect of atorvastatin on blood lipid and blood vessel elasticity of the elderly hypertensive patients and the impact of nursing intervention.Methods：Altogether there were 79 elderly patients with essential hypertension.Each patient was given 20 mg of atorvastatin to take in the evening for six months,during which nursing intervention was exerted on them concerning their eating,exercising,psychology,way of life and application of medications.Their low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）,pulse pressure（PP） and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity（ba-PWV） were measured respectively before and after the treatment.Results：By means of nursing intervention,patients did keep on taking atorvastatin and having further consultation regularly.Six months later,the difference of the patients＇ LDL-C,PP and ba-PWV before and after the treatment was statistically meaningful（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention improved the treatment compliance for the elderly hypertensive patients who took atorvastatin and not only the Atorvastatin treatment can lower the blood lipid level for the elderly hypertensive patients,but also it can improve their blood vessel elasticity effectively.
