摘要
绝大多数重型机械行业的企业属于国有大中型企业。面临当前的市场形势，这些企业往往首当其冲地遇到了许多困难。针对这类企业的特点，从分析其经营现状入手，提出了综合管理对策。
Most of the heavy machinery enterprises belong to large to large and medium - sized state owned ones.They are often the first to meet many dificulties in present market situation. In view of the fhatures of these enterprises,this paper recommends some comprehensive management countermeasures on the basis of analyzing the present performances.
