摘要
为降低弧齿锥齿轮的噪声,增加其重合度,采用高齿制,借助优化设计方法,在不根切、齿顶不变尖以及刀具符合规格的前提下,使弧齿锥齿轮的重合度达 22~26。当中点螺旋角大于 25°时,在中等载荷下,可保持实际的双齿对传动。台架和装车试验表明,这种弧齿锥齿轮不仅噪声低,而且强度高。
A new kind of low noise high contact ratio spiral bevel gear is presented, which is based on long tooth height. By the optimal technique, it is possible to gain the contact ratio more than 2.2~2.6, without over cut of tooth root, sharpening tooth top and using special cutting tools. For spiral angle β m >25°, there are always double pair teeth in mesh on one half of full loading. The experimens show clearly that this new kind of spiral bevel gear have a good quality of low noise and high strength. It can be cut by any current machine tool and standard cutters.
