摘要
研究加工中心热变形的主动补偿, 讨论补偿系统的设计和运行原理。通过监测机床温度分布, 采用附加人工热源按规则进行补偿或平衡机床本机热源所引起的温度变化。实验证明, 这种主动补偿方法可消除机床的大部分热变形和加工误差。
Active compensation to the thermal deformations of a machining center is investigated. The principles of designing and running this compensation system are presented and discussed. The temperature distribution is monitored and Artificial Auxiliary Heating Sources are rule-based controlled so as to compensate or to balance the temperature fluctuations caused by machine's own heating Sources. It has been identified experimentally that by means of this active compensation technique, most of the thermal deformations and the machining errors are eliminated.
