摘要
免费师范生在校期间的基本学习状况一直是人们关注的热点之一。本文采用问卷调查的方式对免费师范生的学习动机、学习期望与热情、专业兴趣与学习主动性进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,免费师范生的学习动机总体不强,学习热情自我认可度较高,学习期望与现实认可之间差距较大,专业兴趣与学习主动性有待进一步改善。基于调查结果,本研究提出了一些建议与意见。
The basic learning state of tuition-free undergraduates has been one of the hot issues. This paper takes the method of questonaire and studies empirically their motives, expectations and enthusiasm of learning, their interests in speciality and learning initiative. The studiy shows that their overall motive of leaming is not strong, they think high of their learning enthusiasm, there is a big gap between their expectation of learning and actual recognition, and that their interest in specialty and learning initiative has much room for improvement. The paper concludes by putting forward some recommendations.
