摘要
《教育部直属师范大学师范生免费教育实施办法(试行)》指出,该项政策的实施就是为了择优选拔热爱教育事业,有志于长期从教、终身从教的优秀高中毕业生,鼓励师范生到农村任教,改善农村基础教育现状,从而提高我国教师的整体素质和教育的整体水平,使我国教育能够得到均衡发展。但免费师范生的从教信念是否会因为这一纸协议而坚定起来?受各种因素的影响、制约及诱惑,十年以后免费师范生是否会做出再就业的决定?本研究以陕西师范大学在读免费师范生为调查对象,对免费师范生从教信念及农村任教意愿进行调查,并尝试性提出促进免费师范生从教职业信念发展的应对策略。
Implementation Methods of Tuition-free Education in Normal Universities under the Direct Leadership of Ministry of Education points out that this policy aims to select those excellent high school leavers who love education, aspires for teaching constantly and eternally after graduation from universities. The policy encourages them to teach in the countryside so as to improve the cicumstances of basic education, upgrade the overall teaching quality and gets our eudaetion to develop in an even way. But quite a lot of problems arise now. This research, taking the tuition-free normal undergraduates as the object, has made a survey of their belief and willingness of teaching in the countryside and put tentatively forward some coutermeasures
