凝血PT/INR快速检测服务的卫生经济学评估 被引量：2

摘要 对PT/INR(凝血酶原时间/国际标准化比率)快速检测服务的成本、效果和效益进行了评估后发现,快速检测结果与实验室检测结果一致性良好,且能节省大量时间和降低栓塞、出血的患病风险。2010年凝血PT/INR快速检测的次均成本为57.49元,其中试纸条的成本占72.48%,是一个敏感性因素。对患者而言,节省时间就能带来可观的间接经济效益,而对医院而言,能否补偿成本和带来经济效益,主要取决于服务项目定价和试纸条价格。
