摘要
加速度高频包络解调信号虽属低频范围,但与直接采集的加速度信号相比,具有更强的除噪能力,更能直接反映故障本质。通过齿轮传动中几种典型故障( 如简单齿轮箱的松动、崩齿等严重故障以及较为复杂的齿轮箱不对中、轴承齿轮综合故障等) ,对这些故障的时域、频域信号进行了详细地分析,提出了这些典型故障的振动信号特征及诊断依据,进一步说明了高频包络解调信号的有效性。
Compared with normal acceleration signal, the outline signal of high frequency acceleration coming from demodulation is of more capacities for canceling noise and reveals faults nature more directly. Several typical faults in gear transmission, such as looseness or rupture of tooth in a simple gear box, fault of shaft nonalignment, complex faults about gear and bearing in a more complex gear box, are analyzed with their signals both in time and frequency region in details. The signal characteristics and diagnosis evidences about these faults are put forward, the effectiveness of he outline signal of high frequency acceleration coming from demodulation is interpreted.
