鼻内镜手术治疗后鼻孔息肉34例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF NASAL ENDOSCOPIC SURGERY FOR TREATING 34 CASES CHOANAL POLYP

目的:探讨鼻内镜手术治疗后鼻孔息肉的方法和疗效。方法:回顾分析2007年2月-2009年12月我院经鼻内镜手术治疗的后鼻孔息肉患者34例,并对后鼻孔息肉的临床特点、检查方法、鼻内镜手术方法、疗效等因素进行分析、讨论。结果:34例后鼻孔息肉中起源于上颌窦28例,起源于蝶窦4例,起源于筛窦2例;所有患者均行鼻内镜下手术切除,术中未出现严重并发症,术后随访6月-18月,无复发。结论:后鼻孔息肉多起源于上颌窦,亦可来自于蝶窦、筛窦及中鼻甲等部位。鼻内镜手术治疗后鼻孔息肉安全、疗效好,可作为治疗后鼻孔息肉的首选方法。

Objective：To explore the methods and therapeutic effects of nasal endoscopic surgery for treating choanal polyp.Methods：The clinical data of 34 cases choanal polyp which were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery from 2007.2 to 2009.12 were retrospectively analyzed.At the same time,the clinical features,examining methods,surgical technique and therapeutic effects were also analyzed.Results：Among 34 cases choanal polyp,28 cases originated from maxillary sinus,4 cases from sphenoidal sinus,2 cases from ethmoidal sinus.34 cases were all treated with nasal endoscopic surgery and no complications occurred;6-month to 18-month postoperative following up showed no recurrence.Conclusions：Most of the choanal polyp originate from maxillary sinus,as well from sphenoidal sinus,ethmoidal sinus,middle nasal concha and so on.Treating choanal polyp with nasal endoscopic surgery is safe and can get better therapeutic effects,so it can be acted as the preferring method to treat choanal polyp.
