摘要
对30CrMo 和40CrNi钢埋弧自动焊焊缝金属的强韧化机理进行了初步研究。结果表明控制好焊缝金属的合金化程度,能细化针状铁素体,阻止M-A组元脆化,使焊缝金属达到良好的强韧性配合,并且能有效地防止焊接结晶裂纹的产生。
In this paper, the strengthen and toughen mechanism for 30CrMo and 40CrNi steel submerged arc automated weld metal has been studied preliminary. By controlling the kind and amount of alloying elements, it was shown that the acicular ferrite could be refined, M A constituent embrittlement could be prevented, the toughness and strength of weld metal are matched very well, and the weld crystal cracking could be avoided efficiently.
