摘要 采用高速摄影方法测试了圆柱形聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)管道内当量浓度甲烷空气混合气燃烧火焰传播过程.建立了准确的数学模型和测试系统,利用Matlab对高速CMOS相机采集到的视频进行图像处理和数据计算,绘制了火焰锋面传播速度的变化曲线,清楚地再现了甲烷空气混合气燃烧过程.通过分析火焰锋面传播速度变化曲线,得到当量浓度甲烷空气混合气火焰锋面加速、减速周期在2.53.5 ms之间.本文的研究结果对矿井瓦斯事故防治和调查研究具有重要的参考价值. High-speed photography was used to test the combustion frame propagating process of the equivalent concentration mixed methane-air gas in the cylindrical Poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) tube.The accurate mathematical model was established,and a test system was built.The video images collected by a high speed CMOS camera were processed and calculated by Matlab,and the flame front propagating velocity curve was drawn,which can reappear the combustion process of mixed methane-air gas clearly.It found that the acceleration and deceleration cycle of the equivalent concentration mixed methane-air gas flame front is about 2.5ms~3.5ms,after analyzing the flame front propagating speed curve.The research findings have an important reference value to the control and investigation of the mash gas accident
