摘要
本文利用上限元法,根据 L 型截面环件在轧制成形过程中的塑性变形区的特点,将变形区划分成三个单元块,建立各单元的动可容速度场,最后计算了轧制力,并将计算值与试验值进行了比较,证明用上限元法做为一个工程计算方法在环轧分析上的合理性及可行性。为探讨异型截面环件轧制变形区中复杂的金属流动规律提供了有益的帮助。
The paper,according the whole deforming region's cheractercstic and using UBET,divids the deforming region into three simple elements,dercives a kinematicdlly admissible velocity field,calclates the force of Ring Rolling,Comparis with the experimental results.As an engineening tool for theoretical analysis,the present method can be applied effectively to the L section ning rolling process.It provids more help for knouing metal's flow in deforming region well.
