正确理清贿赂的本质具有重要的教育理论意义和教育实践意义。《刑法修正案(六)》将贿赂的犯罪主体扩大到了所有的单位工作人员。进而,对普遍存在的教育单位非法收受"择校费"、医疗单位非法收受"红包"等行为已经有明确的界定。另外,实践中对于学生对教师、博导实施"性贿赂"、免费旅游、为对方子女免费办理出国等也存在是否为受贿行为的争议。本文将着重从贿赂的本质入手,研讨贿赂对象的基本形式。
