浅议甘肃省房地产法规中的“以上”、“以下”的使用问题

An Analysis of the Problems about "Yishang" and "Yixia" in The texts of Some Estate Laws and Regulations in Gansu Province

笔者以甘肃省房地产法律法规文件为调查对象,对其中出现的"以上"、"以下"的乱用现象进行了分析归纳,并给予相关修改建议,希望引起法律法规起草和制定者的高度重视,从源头上杜绝此类问题的发生。

Many people have different explanations about ＂yishang＂ and ＂yixia＂. This article discusses the problems about ＂yis- hang＂ and ＂yixia＂ existing in the texts of Some Estate Laws and Regulations in Gansu Province. There are some ways with ambiguous meanings when they are used. The purpose of the studies is to come up with some relevant suggestions for makers of the laws and regu- lations.
