摘要
法学是一门实践性极强的学科,必须充分认识法学实践性教学的性质,同时对法学实践性教学与法学理论教学的关系进行梳理,对法学实践性教学在整个教学中的比例进行量化。
Law is a subject with practicalness. The traditional model of theory teaching could not meet the needs of society to students. Therefore practicalness teaching method appeared and this method was paid more attention before. But facing to the reforming, we could not follow blind it. We should realize fully the nature of practicalness teaching, meanwhile sort out the relationship between law practicalness teaching and theory teaching and arrange the quatity of practicalness teaching.
