新型支承辊材料及其热处理工艺研究

Study of New Material Used in Supporting Roll and Its Heat Treatment Process

研制了新型支承辊用４ Ｃｒ Ｎｉ Ｍｏ Ｖ 钢，测定了该钢的 Ｃ Ｃ Ｔ 曲线。试验结果表明，该钢具有良好的淬透性、抗回火稳定性。

A new type 4Cr Ni Mo V steel used in supporting roll was developed,and its CCT curve was surveyed and drawn.The results indicated that the new material has excellent hardenability and temper resistance.The best heat treatment process was also suggested.
