摘要
分类管理将改变我国民办高校原有的规则和资源体系,是对我国民办高校发展的一次结构性变革。本文在梳理我国民办高校发展特点的基础上,对进行这一变革的必要性和可能性进行了回答。
The classified management triggers a structural transformation of the existing rules and resources system of private education in China. The paper summarizes the characteristics of China＇s private college development, and points out the necessity and possibility of such transformation.
