摘要
海洋锰结核是今后提取锰、钴、镍、铜等有色金属的重要矿产资源。本文讨论锰结核的主要矿物学特征及其冶金处理原则, 简要介绍国内外已试验、研究过的各种处理方法, 如选择性还原熔炼, 还原焙烧氨浸出, 各种还原剂的直接还原浸出, 以及锰结核的直接电解法。
Ocean manganese nodules have the potentiality to be the important mineral resources for extraction of non ferrous metals such as manganese,cobalt,nickel and copper.In the present paper are discussed the main mineralogical characteristics of manganese concretion and the principle of its metallurgical treatment.Besides,are described also the various technological processses investigated experimentally at home and abroad,for example,selective reduction smelting,reducing roasting ammoniacal leaching,direct reducing leaching with different reductants,such as direct electrolysis,segregation and bioleaching of manganese nodules.
