摘要
利用X 射线衍射、显微硬度测定等手段研究了ZnAl40 合金的时效分解特性, 并通过SEM 和TEM 观察了时效过程中合金的微观组织变化。结果表明, 在时效过程中, 合金的硬度发生变化, 硬度峰值与时效温度有关, 且随着时效时间延长, α′Al 的点阵参数增加。在时效过程中, 过饱和固溶体α′Al 发生分解, 在晶界处通过非连续沉淀反应, 形成粒状组织; 晶内通过spinodal 分解, 形成类织物(tweed)
The aging characteristics for the supersaturated solution of the ZnAl40 alloy were studied by X ray diffraction and micro hardness measurement. The microstructure changes were observed by TEM and SEM. The results show that the hardness of the alloy would change in aging and its peak values are related to the aging temperature. The lattice parameter of the supersaturated solid solution α ′ Al increases with prolonging aging time. The supersaturated solid solution α ′ Al would decompose in aging, forming granular structure at grain boundary by discontinuous reaction and forming tweed structure within grain by spinodal reaction.
