摘要
综述了 球形钨 粉的应用 背景和 国内外的 研究概况 ,尝试了 一种改进 的等离 子体球化 工艺。用 Ar 做 工作气 体,将费氏 粒度为 15 μm 的 工业钨 粉用 H2 送入 等 离子 体炬 中 熔化 ,熔 融的 钨颗 粒直接导入 水中冷却 ,可得到 良好球 化效果的 球形钨粉 。
The application and study of spheroidal W powder both at home and abroad is reviewed in the paper In order to produce the spheroidal tungsten powder at high efficiency and low cost, a modified conventional plasma equipment as well as the spheroidization process was investigated in lab. FSSS 15 μm tungsten powder was sent into the induction coupled plasma torch with H 2. The torch was initiated with pure Ar. After melting in the plasma torch, the molten W particles were directly injected into the water for cooling As a result , well spheroidized powder was obtained.
