摘要 IT技术应用于门诊可以优化就医流程,大大改善门诊就诊秩序,极大提高工作效率、方便患者,同时还能减少医疗差错概率和漏费现象,使患者、工作人员和医院都满意。详细介绍在IT技术支撑下患者在医院门诊就诊过程中各个环节的就医流程,并对每个环节流程的利弊给出了自己的观点,最后讨论和分析对传统就医流程的改造。 The use of IT in outpatient clinic can optimize the patients' visiting process and arrange different sections of the department in order, which help both hospitals and patients more efficient and convenient. Artificial mistakes can be reduced to some extent during medical diagnosis, treatment and settlement as well, so IT also plays an important role to service patients, medical staff and hospital managers. In this paper, the IT-based business workflow in different sections of outpatient clinic is given, then we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the process, finally an approach to reconstruct the traditional workfiow is presented for discussion and analysis.
