摘要
以电火花线切割机改造为目标，针对目前电火花线切割加工自动编程系统的不足，提出了电火花线切割ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ集成技术，介绍了系统结构，并重点阐明了自动编程中自动寻迹、加工方向自动判别和刀具轨迹自动补偿等关键技术，实践证明是行之有效的。
Abstract Aiming at improving the WEDM machining,this paper presents the integration of CAD/CAM technique applicable to WEDM machining.The system architecture is introduced,and the key techniques in the process of automatic programming such as automatic path planning,automatic direction judgement,and automatic compersation of cutter path are dealt with in this article.These techniques prove effective in real machining.
