摘要
针对结构陶瓷电火花加工特性,对高能小脉宽电火花加工进行了模型化分析,提出可利用模型化分析不同材料最大熔化体积的变化规律,预测某种材料电火花加工的可行性,确定高的加工效率、低的工具电极损耗的工艺参数。
Abstract The pesent work gives the model of process of high power short EDM in the light of structural ceramics special characteristics.Analysing the properties of the curve of the maximum melting volume of different materials by use of given model,it is easier to predic the machinability of different materials and to pick up technological parameters with witch the maximum maching rate and least wear of electrodes can be reached
