摘要
基于数值模拟方法,采用极坐标形式的扇形网格将电化学反应区域离散化,根据齿轮外形、阴极表面方程确定出边界条件,对齿面电流密度分布进行了数值计算,计算结果对于圆柱齿轮电化学修形中阴极结构参数及工艺参数的确定,具有很好的指导作用。
Abstract Based on numerical value simulate,the electrochemical reaction rigion is dispersed by sector nets.According to gear tooth profile and negative electrode surface equations,boundary conditions are inferred.The numerical value simulate about electric current density distribution on gear tooth surface has be done.It is a great help to research on gear tooth modification with ECM in future.
