摘要
在立式狄舍尔穿轧机上, 选择不同的工艺参数进行试验, 得出用连铸圆坯生产高质量钢管时, 应严格控制工艺参数, 尤其是优化穿孔前期的速度变化参数可防止管前端内析, 适宜的总压缩比(B 级管≮5-2 , 石油套管≮10-2) 可保证钢管的性能, 压缩比不足时, 可通过后续热处理改善钢管性能。
Different process parameters were chosen and tested on piereer to produce high quality steel pipe by continuous casting round billet.The speed variable should be especially optimized before piercing,which can prevent pipe front breaking.The proper cumulative compression ratio can insure the pipe property.If it is not enough,the pipe property also can be improved by succeeding heat treatment.
