摘要
通过Gleeble 热模拟实验,研究了加热温度,压下率、变形温度和冷却速度对08Al 钢Ar3 和Ar1 点的影响,得出了08Al 钢热连轧生产中温度制度的最佳控制范围,即在保证加热质量的前提下,加热温度应控制在1200 ~1250 ℃;终轧温度控制在约900 ℃;轧后冷却速度应为30 ℃/s 左右。
The effect of rolling technology factors,such as rehating temperature,reduction,deformation temperature and cooling speed, etc., on A r 3 and A r 1of 08Al steel were investigated by Gleeble hot simulation test. Optimal temperature scheme for continuous hot rolling of 08Al steel was obtained. The reheating temperature should be controlled at about 1200~1250℃ to guarantee the product quality. The test suggests the finishing rolling temperature should be controlled at 900℃ and the cooling speed after rolling should be above 300℃/s.
