快速切除法和连续褥式外翻缝合法在包皮环切术中的应用

Application of the quick cutting and the continuous mattress ectropion suture in circumcision

目的探讨新的包皮环切术操作方法。方法对106例包皮过长患者施行包皮环切术,采用快速切除法和连续褥式外翻缝合法。观察手术时间、手术失血、术后疼痛、术后出血、水肿、感染等并发症和术后包皮形状、切口愈合情况。结果采用新的操作方法包皮切除范围标准,手术时间短、手术失血少、术后疼痛轻微、术后出血、水肿、感染等并发症少,术后包皮外形美观、对称,切口愈合佳、光滑。结论采用快速切除法和连续褥式外翻缝合法安全、效果佳、值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the new procedure for circumcision.Methods 106 patients with redundant prepuce were operated with circumcision,we operated on them by the quick cutting and the continuous mattress ectropion suture.The operating time and intra operative blood loss,the local pain,hematoma,edema,infection,appearance of the prepuce and healing of incision were observed.Results By the quick cutting and the continuous mattress ectropion suture,we achieved a standard excision of prepuce,the operating time was short and intra operative blood loss was little,the complications included the local pain,hematoma,edema and infection were less.Appearance of the prepuce was pleasant and symmetrical.Healing of incision was perfect and smooth.Conclusion The quick cutting and the continuous mattress ectropion suture in circumcision are safe,efficient and recommendable
