摘要
目的建立复方芪丹胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法以乙腈:水(30:70)为流动相,Agilent Hypersil ODS C18柱(4·0mm125mm,5μm)为固定相,流速为1·0ml/min;漂移管温度:45℃,氮气流速:1·5L/min。结果黄芪甲苷在1·832～18·32μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为96·45%,RSD为1·16%。结论该方法准确、重现性好、灵敏度高,可用于复方芪丹胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。
Objective To determine the content of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Fufangqidan capsules by HPLC ELSD Methods Agilent Hypersil ODS C 18 column was used with acetonitrile water（30：70） solution as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;drift tube temperature was 45℃,nitrogen flow rate was 1.5L/min Results The calibration curves were linear within1.832~18.32 μg for Astragaloside Ⅳ The average recovery was 96.45% with RSD 1.16% respectively Conclusion The experimental result shows that the method was simple,sensitive and reliable,and could be used as the quality determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ.
