Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平与血管并发症的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨血尿酸水平与2型糖尿病患者血管并发症的相关性。方法对186例2型糖尿病患者的血尿酸及血管病变的相关性进行分析,根据血尿酸水平分为高尿酸水平组和正常尿酸水平组,测定并比较两组血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体征指数、血压、血肌酐结果及分析两组患者的大血管和微血管病变发生率的差别。结果 HUA组BMI、TG、Cr、收缩压(SBP)均明显高于NUA组(P<0·05),HDL-C、血浆比黏度和纤维蛋白原明显低于NUA组(P<0·05),两组间TC、LDL-C、舒张压(DBP)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0·05);HUA组高血压、冠心病、脑梗死发生率均高于NUA组(P<0·05),而两组糖尿病视网膜病变和糖尿病肾病发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0·05);BMI、纤维蛋白原、血浆比黏度、TG、高血压、冠心病和脑梗死与2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平明显呈正相关,HDL-C水平和2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平呈负相关。结论血尿酸水平是影响2型糖尿病患者伴冠心病、脑梗死、高血压等血管并发症的独立危险因素。
