摘要
提出了三维网络(骨架)增强金属基复合材料的新构思,设计和制备了一种新型的Ni-Al金属间化合物三维网络(骨架)增强Al合金复合材料、研究了其在平滑动摩擦条件下的磨损行为,结果表明,复合材料的抗磨损性能明显优于基体铝合金。
A new idea of three dimensional network (skeleton) reinforced metallic composites wasput forward in this report, and a new Ni-Al intermetallic compounds three dimensional network (skeleton)reinforced aluminum alloy composites was designed and fabricated. Its wear behavior on the dry slidingfriction was investigated. The results showed that the wear resistance of composites is obviously betterthan that of matrix alloys.
