5-氟尿嘧啶N(1)取代衍生物及其与铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)的溶液平衡研究

摘要 本文采用pH电位法在三种温度及离子强度为0.1(KNO_3)的条件下,测定了十种5-氟尿嘧啶N(1)取代衍生物的离解常数及其与铜(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)配合物的稳定常数。利用温度系数法计算了五种5-氟尿嘧啶N(1)取代衍生物的质子化反应及它们与铜(Ⅱ)配位反应的△H^0、△G^0和△S^0。 Dissociation constants of ten N(1) substitutive 5-Fluouracil derivates and cumulative stability constants of their coordination compounds with Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) were determined pH-metrically in the medium 0.1mol.dm^(-3) KNO_3 at several temperatures. The ΔH^0, ΔG^0 and ΔS^0 of the protonation reaction of the five 5-fluouracil derivates and their coordination reactions with Cu(Ⅱ) were calculated by the temperature coefficient method.
