In 1995 vice-president of the World Bank Ismail Serageldin predicted that many wars were caused by oil in twenty century,water would be the root of wars in twenty one century.This prophecy guesses the war,but did not guess the reason.Oil still is the root of wars in twenty one century.Shots and smoke of gunpowder in Libya are obvious evidences.Fighting for resource goes with human progress history.When human society developed to modern industry period,oil becomes indispensable resource to promote social progress,then once and again lead to war.Reviewing the three oil crises in the history respectively the Fourth Middle East war,the Iran-Iraq war and the Iraq war,they are all caused by the war of oil product country.Now whether or not that Libya war leads to the fourth oil crisis,becomes people's hot topic recently.
