基于统计分析的我国外语类普通高校学科体系类型划分

Typological Classification of the Academic Subject Framework of Chinese Foreign Languages Universities on Statistical Analysis

建国以来我国形成了一批以外语教育为办学特色的高等院校。通过采集外语类高校的学科建设相关数据,并设计学科门类覆盖面和专业丰度两个统计指标对外语类高等学校学科专业的综合性和特色性进行对比研究,划分出当前中国外语类普通高校学科体系的发展类型。学科体系的发展类型本质上反映出各外语类高校对于学科发展方向的不同选择。

Since the foundation of People＇s Republic of China,universities specialized in foreign language studies and teachings have been established.The purpose of the study is to classify the type of the academic subject framework of those universities by collecting and analyzing the related data of the academic subject framework.Two statistical indexes are designed,one being Synthesis which means the coverage of academic subjects catalog,and the other being Abundance of subject which means the proportion of major and subject.Those indexes represent complexity and peculiarity of the framework of academic subjects of universities.Essentially,the type of the academic subject framework is a reflection of the choice of the developing strategy adopted by foreign language universities.
