摘要
在人工控制光照(长日照与短日照、红光与远红光)条件下,研究了湖北光敏感核不育水稻农垦58不育系叶片中1,5-二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶、乙醇酸氧化酶和硝酶还原酶活性在其幼穗发育进程中的变化规律。发现这三种酶分别在幼穗发育的特定时期,经短日照或远红光处理后较经长日照或红光处理后活性高;且活性的高低与农垦58不育系可育花粉率关系密切。
Using Hubei Photoperiod Sensitive Genie Male s erile Rice (HPGMR) NongKen 58 and NongKen 58 (CK) as experimental material, under various light treatment (long day and short day, red light interruption and far red light interruption after red treatment). The changes of the activities of RuBPcase, GOD and NR in the leaves in various developmental stages of inflorescence have been studied. The results indicate that the activities of these enzymes are higher in Short day or Far red light interruption than in Light day or Red light interruption in specific developmental stages of inflorescence of Nong Ken 58S and that it has close relationship with the percentage of the normal pollen. It is thought that the activities of these enzymes in NongKen 58S are regulated by phytoehrone and these decreases cause the metaboric disorder and reduction or cease of synthesis of some assotiated biochemical substance, thus led to abortion.
