Accurate Cutting for Gear-matched Type Quick-open Flange on Pressure Vessel Opening

针对大型齿啮式法兰齿形制造中的问题，提出了以精密数控切割代替机床加工的方法，并制定了相应的防变形工艺。

In view of the problems in the production of Large Gear-matched type flange teeth,the thesis puts forward a new manner which employ accurate NC cutting instead of machining and make up the related anti-deflection process.The new manner has been successfully employed in practical production.
