摘要 作者研究了低用量中性油在微粒菱锰矿悬浮体疏水聚团中的作用。试验结果表明,低用量中性油能显著地增强微粒矿物悬浮体的聚团,并能使那些选择性好但捕收力差的捕收剂获得广泛的应用。低用量中性油对微粒矿物悬浮体疏水聚团的强化作用机理是由于这种聚团中的一部分由“油桥”联结,并具有比无“油桥”聚团大得多的抗“碎裂”能力所致。 The effect of small non-polar oil dosage on the hydrophobic aggregation in fine rhodochrositc particle suspension has be studied.The experiment results show that small non-polar oil dosage can as well enhance significantly the aggregation in fine mineral particle suspension and will make the collec- tors which are good selectivity but poorly collective be widely applicable. Its mechanism in concluded as that a part of the bondage within the aggre- gates is due to the formation of“oil bridge”,which causes a much higher anti-fragmentary capacity than the aggregation without the“oil bridge”.
