“双师型”护理教师资格考评体系构建及效果评价研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的:确立"双师型"护理教师遴选标准、考评方法、指标权重设置,为"双师型"护理教师制的实施提供科学依据。方法:采用专家咨询法和层次分析法(AHP)建立"双师型"护理教师资格考评体系,采用信度、效度进行效果评价。结果:构建的资格考评体系主要包括4部分:遴选条件、培训方法、考核评价、认证。在资格考评体系建立的基础上,形成3份调查表,分别为"双师型"护理教师同行评价表、学生专家评价表及自评表。3份调查表的克朗巴哈α系数分别为0.903、0.922、0.934,均大于0.9,信度较高。采用内容效度、结构效度对调查表进行效度考评,调查表符合原始构想,结构效度好。结论:本课题结合定性与定量指标,为"双师型"护理教师资格、考评提供了统一标准,为"双师"制的发展奠定基础。 Objective: To construct the selection standard, evaluation methods and weight settings of dual-qualification nursing teachers and to provide scientific basis for its implementation. Methods: We integrated Delphi method and AHP to construct the system and assess its reliability and validity. Results: There were four aspects included in the system: selection standard, training method, testing evaluation and certification. Three questionnaires were developed on the basis of this system, including peer evaluation, student evaluation and self-evaluation whose Cronbach' a azcoefficient was 0.934, 0.922 and 0.903 respectively. They had high reliability. The structure validity and content validity was examined. The questionnairs conformed to the primary conception and had good validity. Conclusion: The model of dual-qualification is constructed and it could provide development guideline for dual-qualification nursing teachers.
