临床路径式教学法在手术室护理带教中的应用

Application of the Clinical Pathway in clinical teaching on the maxillofacial surgery care

目的:探讨临床路径的理论和方法在颌面外科手术室临床带教中的应用。方法:采用路径式教学模式,对实习护士进行4周带教,并和改进前采用传统教学方法的效果从理论知识、操作技能、对教学效果的满意度等方面进行比较。结果:路径式教学模式在对专科理论掌握、专科手术护理等方面优于改进前,对教学方法满意度较高。结论:在颌面外科手术室实行路径式带教模式,能够提高手术室带教质量和实习护士对教学的满意度。

Objective： To explore the application of the clinical pathway in clinical teaching on the maxillofacial surgery care. Methods： Eighteen internship nurses in the oral and maxiUofacial operation room were taught by applying the clinical pathway for 4 weeks. Their performance on theories and skills and satisfaction with clinical teaching were compared with that of 18 internship students who received the traditional teaching methods. Results： Application of the clinical pathway in clinical teaching can improve the students＇ performance on theories and skills as well as their satisfaction with clinical teaching. Conclusions： Applying the clinical pathway in clinical teaching on the maxillofacial surgery care can improve the quality of teaching and students＇ satisfaction.
