摘要 目的:探讨临床路径的理论和方法在颌面外科手术室临床带教中的应用。方法:采用路径式教学模式,对实习护士进行4周带教,并和改进前采用传统教学方法的效果从理论知识、操作技能、对教学效果的满意度等方面进行比较。结果:路径式教学模式在对专科理论掌握、专科手术护理等方面优于改进前,对教学方法满意度较高。结论:在颌面外科手术室实行路径式带教模式,能够提高手术室带教质量和实习护士对教学的满意度。 Objective: To explore the application of the clinical pathway in clinical teaching on the maxillofacial surgery care. Methods: Eighteen internship nurses in the oral and maxiUofacial operation room were taught by applying the clinical pathway for 4 weeks. Their performance on theories and skills and satisfaction with clinical teaching were compared with that of 18 internship students who received the traditional teaching methods. Results: Application of the clinical pathway in clinical teaching can improve the students' performance on theories and skills as well as their satisfaction with clinical teaching. Conclusions: Applying the clinical pathway in clinical teaching on the maxillofacial surgery care can improve the quality of teaching and students' satisfaction.
